Protection During Enhancing Intuition
When developing your intuition it is important to use a protection method to ward off unwanted energy. Most people do not understand that darkness and lightness sit side-by-side. When you are becoming more sensitive, you are opening yourself to energy. Wouldn’t you prefer to attract GOOD energy?
There are many other methods available. These are three of my favorite techniques:
1) White Light – This method is most commonly used. Imagine yourself in a bubble. Surrounded by White Light. Feel the radiance all around you. Bright. Warm. Where there is a large presence of light, darkness can not persist. Kind of like turning on a flashlight in a dark area. The light takes all of the shadows away.
2) Knight – This method, I recommend to my younger clientele. It’s easy to visualize. Imagine the days where the soldiers wore full suits of armor. Arms, legs, body, and even helmets with full masks. Imagine your body suited up in a full suit of armor. Nothing can penetrate your body. Full protection. Close the face mask too. No negative energy can penetrate that full protection outfit. Shinny metal. Reflecting the negative energy; going back to source, not to you.
3) Pink Bubble – This method is Fun to imagine. Think of Glenda, the Good Witch from the Wizard of Oz. When she traveled, she was in a bubble. When asked WHY she traveled in a bubble, her reply was, “Well, to protect me from my wicked witch sisters of course.”
If you add the color pink, which is the energy of unconditional love, it makes the protection process even stronger. There is nothing stronger, better, than unconditional love. Think of bubble gum pink. Blow a bubble. Nothing can penetrate the bubble. Good energy inside the bubble. Negative energy outside.
Practice these methods. Find the one that you prefer. Remember to utilize a Protection Method before opening the portal of intuition. Protect Yourself. Do No Harm.
This post was an exercise from day two of “31 Days to Better Blogging” process, it was suggested to create a list. It seems that readers prefer this method because it is easier to get to the “meat” of the material.

Thanks for the important reminder,Trisha.I have such a ridiculously trusting nature that I often forget to protect myself. I figure my angels have me covered but it’s probably just laziness. I usually use the “pink bubble” method. I like pink! ;)

Mark, it’s always a pleasure to hear from you. Your angels are there watching over you, but remember, they can ONLY help when ASKED.
