Having been fascinated with the goddesses, gods, mythology, fairies, urbane legends as a child, it doesn’t surprise me that I followed a path as an adult, to learn more about the deities.

Certified as an Angel Therapy Practitioner(TM), there are angel decks that reference these lovely energies. I thought it would be fun to introduce you to some of them too.

Lakshmi according to Wikipedia,

is the Hindu goddess of wealth, prosperity (both material and spiritual), light, wisdom, fortune, fertility, generosity and courage; and the embodiment of beauty, grace and charm. Representations of Lakshmi are also found in Jain monuments. Also called Mahalakshmi, she is said to bring good luck, and is believed to protect her devotees from all kinds of misery and money-related sorrows.

Some followers of this Hindu deity might need to realize that she is not only about prosperity. Without beauty and wisdom, it is not easy to find the abundance in one’s life. She reminds us that beauty and wisdom LEAD to prosperity.
